How to return an item
- Contact us at support@estreetbike.shop or (916) 446-5706 with your order number.
- We send you a return authorization and return address within 1 business day.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost, including return shipping.
